The Konepaja district in Pasila is an inspiring combination of the urban city centre, new architecture and industrial history. The previous machine shop area of VR is now full of vivid, colourful urban life.

Lauttis constructed on Lauttasaarentie consists of a shopping centre, the three residential buildings located above it (called Treffi, Keula and Nuoli), as well as an underground parking facility. The shopping centre opened in time for Christmas in 2016, and the last of the apartments were completed in summer 2017.

The Dixi Commercial Centre combines a multifaceted shopping centre and modern office premises.

Järvenpää's Bulevardikortteli block, also known as Perhelä, is a key project in the development of Järvenpää's city centre and the new hub of the city along the promenade and next to the train station.

We developed the Seinäjoki station area and created new spaces for housing, services and businesses. We also created more parking space.

The new Ranta-Tampella residential area will be built as an extension of the city centre on the shores of Lake Näsijärvi in Tampere.

We renovated and developed a historical factory building into modern office premises.
