How is infill development progressing?

  1. We assess the opportunities together with the housing company.
  2. We present the options and the contents of the offer to the shareholders, who have the opportunity to influence the plans.
  3. Together, we apply gor the necessary zoning amendment from the city. We provide the housing company with comprehensive support in preparing decisions and managing matters with the authorities.
  4. YIT guides the palnning process and covers the desing costs.
  5. YIT carries out the new construction project with high quality and with respect for the character of the area.
If the housing company cannot be reasonably renovated, we can also carry out demolition-based infill development. In that case, the old building is demolished and replaced with a new, modern one.
