We will renovate the property at Aleksanterinkatu 13 into modern office premises.

We repaired and expanded the office space of a listed building in the centre of Helsinki.

The legendary hotel Hamburger Börs in the city centre of Turku was renewed.

The large development project called Kuntolaakso includes an implementation of a swimming pool, ice stadium and parking services development.

We began renovations of the main Parliament House with preparations in spring 2014. Work tunnels were excavated beneath the building at that time also. The repair work proper began in spring 2015. The work was completed in summer 2017.

The Postitalo property in Tampere is alive and developing. After the extension and renovation, it provides new housing, offices and services in the city centre.

In January 2015, we began the renovation of the Auratalo office property located in Helsinki’s Meilahti district and its conversion into a hotel and renovated business premises. When the project was completed in spring 2016, Restel, the main user of the premises, opened a new, modern city hotel in the building.

We carried out the renovation and expansion of the Lapinlahti Art Museum in Northern Savonia, Finland.
