Mada shopping centre, Vilnius, Lithuania

We are renovating a shopping centre called Mada in Vilnius, Lithuania. The property is owned by the Lithuanian company JSC Limada.

The scope of the project is approximately 43,000 square meters and includes the renovation of the shopping center building as well as the construction of a parking area.

After the renovation, the property will meet the requirements for energy class A.

The design phase of the project began in March 2025. Construction work will start in September 2025 and is scheduled to be completed in August 2027.
