With the alliance model, we are building the first phase of Tampere's Ratikka Pirkkala-Linnainmaa alliance, which is a continuation of the completed Tampere tramway.

We are in an alliance to developing the Kupittaan kärki partnership project, which will develop the Kupittaa area in Turku both functionally and in terms of transport. It will make the area an attractive and functional second heart of Turku.

The Crown Bridges is a tramway to be built in Helsinki, which is urban development at its best. One example of this is the Tekla BIM Awards Finland 2024, which was awarded to the Kruunuvuorensilta. Urban development will be done in the Crown Bridges project as well as demanding infrastructure construction and it will provide a sustainable way for citizens to get around. In addition to the tramway, the project will build several bridges, renew and construct street infrastructure, do water works and shoreline construction, and repair sewers, water and electricity pipes and telecommunications cables, among other things.

A multifunctional arena and a practice ice hockey hall are being constructed using the alliance model.

We are building a tower to produce marine cables for Prysmian Group's production facility in Kirkkonummi. At the end of 2023, the building claimed the title of the tallest building in Finland, proof of our professionals' expertise in demanding industrial construction projects.

The desired outcome of the construction project is an efficient public transport system that supports urban development and helps achieve the objective of a denser urban structure. The light rail line will cover areas in which the public transport network is the most congested and it will also extend to the major new development areas of the city. In addition, the objective is to provide all user groups with a safe, easy and accessible mode of transport.

The development stage of Jokeri Light Rail involved the design and implementation of a light railway and a depot. The project is based on a so-called alliance model and is carried out together with the other parties in the alliance.

This protected, culturally and historically significant building located in the heart of Helsinki is being renovated to meet modern technical and functional standards.
