XTX Markets Data Center 2 in Kajaani

We have expanded our partnership with XTX Markets and initiated the construction of a second data center in Kajaani. We are delivering the structural framework and exterior shell for the new data center facility for XTX Markets. This project further strengthens Kajaani’s position as a growing data center hub.

The construction of this data center supports XTX Markets’ goal of ensuring significant computing capacity well into the future. Kajaani was chosen as the location for data center investments not only due to its state-of-the-art infrastructure, but also because of its skilled workforce and established data center ecosystem. We are a well-known provider of large industrial construction projects in Finland, with extensive experience in similar undertakings. The construction of the first data center for XTX Markets is progressing as planned.

The collaboration between XTX Markets and YIT in Kajaani demonstrates the long-term commitment of both parties to technological development and strengthening the vitality of the region. The shell and core construction will be completed in 2026, and the entire data center project will be finished in early 2027.
