XTX Markets Data Center in Kajaani

The data center project covers an area of approximately 15,000 square meters. The scope includes the construction of the data hall building and the installation of technical systems, all tested and ready for use. In addition, we are building a loading and office facility for staff, as well as a maintenance building. The campus will also feature dedicated fire water tanks and a sprinkler pump building.

The project encompasses fencing and gates for the entire campus area, paving traffic areas, landscaping, plantings, and the completion of outdoor equipment. The primary objective of these phases is to ensure the safety and functionality of the site. The new data hall will be a significant addition to Kajaani’s growing data center ecosystem.

The company is building its large-scale data center in Kajaani to ensure substantial computing capacity for the future. The project is scheduled for completion in the first half of 2026.
