Production facilities for Rehau
We implemented production facilities for the plastic manufacturing industry.
We implemented a production facility of about 19 000 m2 for Rehau. The German Rehau Group manufactures plastic products for industry.
Construction started in December 2020 and the facilities were completed in November 2021. The production facilities were built on a built-to-suit model, where they are tailored to meet the needs of the user.
The site was awarded BREEAM environmental certification. The property was built to energy efficiency class A+. The property is owned by Hili Properties, a real estate investment company.
