The stylish premises of Workery+ Vallila are home to the high-quality restaurant Sture16 Eatery and Sture16 cafe & bar. In addition to comfort, a modern office space also needs to provide premium-quality services. With this in mind, the restaurant and café are operated by four industry veterans with years of experience.

Workery+ offers a hotel-class service package, from which you can choose the options that are the best for your company. In addition to workspaces, the offering includes, for instance, services that promote well-being at work. A private gym for corporate customers was opened in Vallila’s Workery+. In addition to ordinary workout, the gym offers services focusing on well-being at work and personal trainer services, among other things.

Workery+ application makes your everyday routines at the office easier. Workery+ serves as your membership card and access pass to Workery+ facilities. It allows you to access the services you want, unlock doors and communicate with others in the facilities.

All of our Workery+ offices lie within easy reach with good traffic connections, whether your employees prefer to use the train, metro, tram, bus, bicycle or car.

 Workery+ network was expanded with several facilities in the spring of 2021, after which they are already available in four places around the Helsinki metropolitan area.  Now  Workery+ members can more easily find a suitable location at any given time, even a separate workstation for every day of the week. 

Launched in January, the YIT Workery+ business premises concept will expand by several locations as YIT has acquired the Finnish operations of UMA Workspace, a business established in 2016 by Technopolis. In connection with the acquisition, eight UMA employees will transfer to YIT’s Partnership Properties segment to strengthen the operations of YIT Workery+.
