Prysmian's warehouse buildings

We are building hall buildings for the Prysmian Group marine cable production plant in Kirkkonummi.

We are building with Prysmian Group Finland Oy hall buildings in the company's Kirkkonummi marine cable production plant area. The project utilizes expertise in demanding and versatile production industry construction, as well as the ability to develop solutions suitable for customer needs. The project will be executed using a turnkey construction approach.

"The contract signed now is a natural continuation of the ongoing cable tower construction project, which has progressed according to plans and on the agreed schedule," said Ferdinando Quartuccio, country manager of Prysmian Group Finland Oy.

The contract includes expanding four warehouse buildings and constructing a new material warehouse in the area. The new premises will have an area of 26,000 m². The contract includes demanding foundation construction work, concrete and steel structure work, and building technical work. Piling started in the summer of 2024 and is estimated to be completed in 2026.
