Pon.Bike bicycle factory, Lithuania

We built a bicycle factory for Pon.Bike, which covers an area of approximately 40 000 square metres.

The new facilities, which will allow for a production capacity of 450 000 bikes per year, include an assembly hall, a paint shop, a warehouse and offices. The plan also includes parking for 435 cars and charging points for electric bicycles and cars.

In addition, 10 000 square metres of solar panels have been installed on its roof. Insect hotels and nesting sites for birds and bats have been added to the surrounding trees and the roofs of the buildings to ensure biodiversity in the area.

The project is seeking BREEAM Excellent environmental certification and will be built to energy efficiency class A++.

Construction was started in late 2022 and it was completed in early 2024.
