Data center, Kouvola

We are building a new data center in Kouvola together with Hyperco Fin HoldCo 1 Oy. This project strengthens the region’s digital infrastructure.

We are the main contractor for the Kouvola data center project, working together with Hyperco Fin HoldCo 1 Oy. The total scope of the construction contract is approximately 28,000 square meters and includes the data center building, office spaces, exterior technical yards, and site works. The project aims to develop a sustainable and modern data infrastructure by leveraging Finnish construction expertise.

This initiative supports regional development and reinforces the digital infrastructure in the Kouvola area and more broadly across Finland. Our versatile construction knowledge enables comprehensive and efficient implementation that emphasizes technical quality and local insight.

The project strengthens our position as a leading player in data center construction in Finland. Construction began at the end of October 2025, and completion is scheduled for May 2027.
