Citycenter Ainoa - a major modernisation

The Tapiola centre in Espoo is undergoing a major modernisation: YIT has done the construction with the extensive refurbishment of Kiinteistö Oy Biens building, currently known as Citycenter Ainoa.

New underground commercial premises and passageways were constructed outside the building. The basement of the building itself expanded downwards by excavation. This was a challenging city centre construction project requiring expertise in renovation, foundation construction and civil engineering.
