Ålandsbanken Kodit Ky is a joint venture investing in rental apartments.
The company invests in rental apartments in Finland. YIT constructs the projects and is responsible for letting the apartments. Ålandsbanken is responsible for the management of the company.
YIT’s share of the joint investment is 40%, and Ålandsbanken’s 60%.
YIT has agreed on the sale of ten rental apartment buildings to the company.The investment value of the projects is approximately EUR 112 million. The buildings will have a total of 537 apartments, and they will be completed in 2020–2021.
