Aventuriini completes the unique Apollon piha (Apollo’s yard) block in the new urban centre of Kivistö. You will be living in the heart of a transport hub: the Ring Rail Line train station is only a short walk from your door. The airport is only six minutes away and Helsinki city centre can be reached in 30 minutes by train.
Recreational areas and parks are located only a stone’s throw away, and the cycling route network is excellent. Services in this developing area include a neighbourhood grocery store, daycare centre and schools and in autumn 2023 a new mall of Kivis.
The Aventuriini home selection (25–85 m2) features high-quality apartments for different stages in life. The excellent traffic connections make it a great choice for a second home, too! Some apartments have their own saunas. The pleasures of living continue outside your new apartment without having to worry about renovations. The block, with all the mod cons, has a rooftop terrace, sauna facility, shared gardening boxes, sports equipment... Familiarise yourself with these efficient studios, compact two-room apartments and functional family apartments and book your own!

Our environmental acts
We are committed to the Paris Climate Agreement and our objectives, to be achieved by 2030, are carbon neutrality in our own operations and emission reductions of over 30% in construction, using 2019 as the baseline.
We promote the achievement of the objectives at Vantaan Aventuriini as follows:
Renewable electricity at a construction site
Wind-generated electricity is the only source of energy used at construction sites.
Recycling at a construction site
At least 75% of the construction waste at a construction site is being sorted for recycling.
Kitchens, bathrooms and toilets are equipped with water-saving water fixtures such as taps.
Waste sorting system at home
Kitchens are equipped with a waste sorting system to help with recycling.
Recycling at a housing company
In a pipeline-based collection system the waste is inserted into the pipe through a hatch located on the external wall of the residential building. The waste travels straight through the pipe to a recycling location, which makes the use of garbage trucks redundant.
Apartment-specific monitoring of consumption in YIT’s own service channel (YIT Plus) helps in water-saving.
Monitoring of technical building systems
YIT’s Valvomo-service (Control room) takes care of, for example, the energy-efficient use of ventilation and heating.
