Kahvikortteli residential area, Helsinki

Kahvikortteli, a residential area by the sea

Kahvikortteli is an attractive and comfortable entirety of four residential blocks in Helsinki’s Vuosaari district. It is close to diverse services, outdoor recreation areas, the sea as well as a metro station.

We are building four residential blocks comprised of a total of 17 housing companies in Helsinki’s Vuosaari district, on the plot of land where Paulig’s old coffee roastery once located. The buildings range from five to twelve storeys and will have homes for approximately 2,000 people.

The buildings will form residential blocks with cosy and safe inner courtyards. The car parks are located underground, providing a convenient lift access straight from the parking facility to the residential floors.

Kahvikortteli is located in Vuosaari’s Aurinkolahti neighbourhood, close to a boat harbour and a beach suitable for swimming. The area offers excellent opportunities for outdoor activities and recreation, as well as convenient access to the Helsinki city centre by metro.

Construction on the residential blocks began in 2011, with the buildings to be completed over several stages. The full four-block Kahvikortteli will be completed in 2023.
