YIT Homes are energy-efficient, and we are increasingly switching to lower-emission building materials. Nearly a fifth of our new residential buildings are already heated with geothermal energy.

The apartments are usually located in central areas along public transport routes, meaning you won't necessarily need your own car. Recycling is factored into the design, and in new YIT Homes, you can track your apartment-specific water consumption.
