Investors are YIT (49%) and a group of Finnish private investment companies. YIT has sold to the JV almost 600 apartments completed or in the final stage of construction throughout Finland, total value over EUR 100 million.

The joint venture leases the apartments it owns, and YIT’s rental apartment team is partly responsible for the leasing. Administration of the apartment portfolio and the reporting of the joint venture is outsourced to FinCap Group.

Founding the joint venture and creating a wide rental apartment portfolio are a part of YIT’s strategic investment in living services and customers, as the goal is to offer the suitable way of living for each of the customers.
