Sammonmäki has a ​ superior location in Tuusula

Sammonmäki is a 40-hectare logistics cluster next to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport in Tuusula and it will be one of a kind in Southern Finland. The location is superior and guarantees smooth transportation connections all over Finland.

The area with a building permit of approximately 80,000 square meters will be completed in stages, and the pre-construction work started in 2025. The area has a confirmed city plan, in which the old industrial and warehouse area will be developed into a logistics and retail-focused business area. The plots will be formed according to the size of the project and the area will be built in stages.

YIT has a building right of approximately 58,000 m², of which the first project will start in spring 2026, approximately 36,000 m². The project will be implemented in cooperation with Logian. Logian will act as the investor of the project and YIT as the builder.
