Sammonmäki is a 40-hectare logistics cluster next to Helsinki-Vantaa Airport in Tuusula and it will be one of a kind in Southern Finland. The location is superior and guarantees smooth transportation connections all over Finland.

The area with a building permit of approximately 80,000 square meters will be completed in stages, and the first construction phase is expected to start in 2025. The area has a confirmed city plan, in which the old industrial and warehouse area will be developed into a logistics and retail-focused business area. The plots will be formed according to the size of the project and the area will be built in stages. YIT has a building right of 60,000 square meters, of which approximately 35,000 square meters will be developed in the first phase in cooperation with Logian. Logian is the investor of the first phase and YIT the constructor.
