Dixi III - refresh yourself at the office!

Dixi Commercial Centre is a public transport hub in Vantaa and a meeting place with numerous restaurants and services. In the third and final phase, Dixi will have approx. 6,260 m² of business premises on nine floors. Restaurant and lobby services are located on the first floor, and topnotch office space on the other floors with the best views of Tikkurila. Traffic connections are unbeatable thanks to the main rail line and the proximity of Ring Road III and the airport.

Renewing center

Tikkurila has undergone a major overhaul in recent years and the development continues, e.g. for the new downtown block, the new residential and business blocks. The Tikkurila riverbank area will be renovated into a recreation and green area. A tram is also planned for Vantaa, which would run from Hakunila via Tikkurila to Aviapolis and the airport. The tentative timetable for the completion of the tramway is in the 2030s.

Superior accessibility

Tikkurila's accessibility is superior. All commuter and long-distance trains stop at Tikkurila train station, which is one of the busiest stations in Finland. The airport is just a 15-minute train ride away and there are several lines from the Dixi’s bus terminal around the metropolitan area. Tikkurila is easily accessible without congestion along Ring Road III, Tuusula Highway and Lahti Highway. City bikes are also available for everyone. The future stops of the Vantaa tram will be located in the immediate vicinity of Dixi. According to the estimation Vantaa tram starts operating in 2029.

Services to ease daily life

Approximately 30 stores are located in Dixi Commercial Center. Numerous restaurants and cafes, grocery stores, Terveystalo health services, hairdressers, an optician, laundromats and gyms are located only a stone's throw away. Great public transport connections ensure quick travel to for example central Helsinki, which is a 10-15 minute train ride away.
