New homes in low-rise buildings in the idyllic Espoonkartano
A new housing association, Espoon Finnsin Gustav, is being planned for Finnsinmäki at Espoonkartano. The preliminary apartment sizes of these homes are approximately 63–94 square metres. Each home has its own yard and a covered terrace. The homes at Espoon Finnsin Gustav use ecological geothermal heat.

A new village of low-rise buildings is being planned in the historical Espoonkartano, in the middle of a beautiful country scenery. While your home is surrounded by fields and paddocks, the location is still excellent as the services of Kauklahti centre and the railway station are only a couple of kilometres away. The schools and the upper secondary school are within walking or cycling distance, and a golf course is located right next to your new home.

Apartments and domestic water are heated with geothermal heat, which is incomparably emission-free.
Kitchens, bathrooms and toilets are equipped with water-saving water fixtures such as taps.

Kitchens are equipped with a waste sorting system to help with recycling.
Electric car charging points
Some of the parking spaces in a new residential building include the option to install a charging point for an electric car, which makes the installation of the charging device possible as needed.
Apartment-specific monitoring of consumption in YIT’s own service channel (YIT Plus) helps in water-saving.
