A new attractive commercial hub is rising close to central Kouvola and Kuusankoski: the Tervaskangas shopping centre area.

The commercial buildings are constructed in Kymenlaakso’s best location, in the Tervaskangas area between Kuusaantie and Tervasharjunkatu, just a stone’s throw away from central Kouvola and Kuusankoski. The area is easy to access even from further away, as the junction traffic from national road 6 brings customer flows to the shopping centre area.

We are constructing three separate commercial buildings in the Tervaskangas shopping centre area. They will have retail premises for businesses within interior decoration, electronics, gardening, car accessories and household appliances; in total 12,000 floor square metres.
