New retail and office premises in the Perhelä quarter in Järvenpää!
Perhelä is located in the heart of Järvenpää, right next to the railway station and close to the shore of Tuusulanjärvi lake. The objective of the project is to revitalise central Järvenpää and to bring services to the pedestrian street area for all user groups.
The Perhelä quarter is planned to consist of a 20-storey high-rise building, two smaller apartment buildings as well as office and retail space. The planned number of apartments is approximately 300.
The zoning of the Perhelä project is about to start in early 2020 and the target date for the start of construction is early 2021.

The city is close to the capital area, by the main rail line and near two motorways, approximately 30 minutes from the airport. The Perhelä quarter has a prime location in the centre of Järvenpää.
The Perhelä quarter is just a stone’s throw away from the Järvenpää railway station. The bus station is also just a 5-minute walk away. Järvenpää is approximately 40 kilometres north of Helsinki and 70 kilometres south of Lahti, close to the Lahti motorway.
Perhelä is a hybrid quarter combining quality housing, versatile services and jobs. All everyday services are within reach and even the nearest shopping centre is just around the corner. The renewal of the quarter livens up the centre of Järvenpää and brings services to the pedestrian street area for all user groups.
