The Finnish architect and main designer of the project is Arkkitehdit Soini & Horto Oy.
Tripla stands at the center of public transportation in Helsinki Pasila railway station will become the busiest station in Finland. It is estimated that almost 200.000 passengers and 900 trains will trespass Pasila daily. The Ring Rail Line, which opens for traffic in July 2015. It will connect the main track to Vantaankoski track through Helsinki Airport. The Ring Rail provides an efficient and environmentally friendly rail link between the city centre and the airport. It offers a fast way to reach the airport also from Pasila. The hub will offer easy connections between trains, trams, buses and the metro. The services at the station will use the latest technology to make the user experience e.g. for ticket purchase easier and faster. Airport connection will be equipped with check in facilities to ensure smooth and trouble-free journey onwards to the airport from Pasila.
