Dixi – a gateway to the world
The construction of the second phase started in May 2015. The extension comprises approximately 4,000 m² of retail space and 8,000 m² of office space. Retail premises are located on three floors in connection with Dixi southern main entrance and office premises are built on two separate office towers above the retail premises. The second phase of Dixi will be completed in spring 2017.
The first phase of Dixi Commercial Centre was completed in January 2015 and features a shopping centre, office tower, a parking hall of 500 cars and a bus terminal.Read more

- Tikkurila is the administrative centre of Vantaa, where the City Hall and other services are located. Tikkurila railway station is the third busiest railway station on the main line at the moment. Tikkurila is an important link between long-distance trains and the Helsinki-Vantaa airport when the new Ring Rail Line started operating. The number of passengers is expected to grow by 10-15 million visitors, which also affects the shopping center visitor expectations. In addition, close to 70,000 people live, work and study in the area.
- Tikkurila Commercial Centre has 12 floors. The retail premises are located from the ground floor to the 2nd floors and the office premises from the 3rd to the 10th floors. - Almost all regional and long-distance trains stop at Tikkurila Station. The transport connections are excellent to everywhere in Finland and also to Russia. The new rail line takes the passangers from Tikkurila to the airport in few minutes. One of the main pedestrian and cyclist routes in the metropolitan area will also run alongside the new commercial centre.
