Maailmanpylväs

Maailmanpylväs in Jyväskylä rises 13 floors above Äijälänranta on the banks of the Jyväsjärvi lake.

Maailmanpylväs was completed by the summer of 2014, just in time for the Housing Fair organised in Äijälänranta. For the Fair, three unique model apartments were decorated in Maailmanpylväs.

The building represents open-minded architecture and contains 52 beautifully lit YIT Homes. The facade of Maailmanpylväs is shaped by timber-decked balconies facing the lake that form a living, facade-sized puzzle in connection with the glass walls and sliding doors.
