Viinikkala Logistics Center

YIT Construction Ltd constructed the phase II of the Viinikkala Logistics Center, a new building of approximately 34,000 m². It was completed in 2009. At the moment, Berner Oy is the main user of the premises. The head office for DHL's Finnish operations with terminal and warehouse facilities on the adjacent plot were contructed in the first phase.

Being next to the airport, the Logistics Center is an excellent location in terms of international and domestic transports. Moreover, it is located only a 15-minute drive from the Port of Vuosaari. Almost all the major transport companies in Finland are already operating in the area.
