The extensive renovation and conversion created a brand new look for the old small industry building located on Teollisuuskatu 21 in Helsinki.

Before the renovation the building was structurally in reasonable condition. However it had very little flexibility when it comes to space solutions, which made it difficult to find suitable tenants and led to low tenancy rate. Now the old premises have been converted into modern offices which meet today's standards, and the tenancy rate is back to excellent level. 

The main user of the building is the card payment service company Luottokunta. Restaurant services are offered by Sodexo.
