The Sinimäentie 8 building located in Mankkaa had a complete makeover when its premises were refurbished to meet modern standards. Nowadays this 5-storey building offers light and spacious premises that offer many opportunities for different space arrangements and the tenancy rate has been brought back to good level. In addition, the office building is connected to two logistics halls, which also have been renovated.

YIT was in charge of the renovation, rental and real estate development of this building totalling 17 600 m² and owned by Tapiola Group. A number of companies have already moved into the building, including Karelia-Upofloor, a  flooring manufacturer; Hovila Oy, an importer of fixtures and building fittings; Eastway Sound & Lighting Oy, a public and business event organiser; and Documentus Oy, a specialist in document management and archiving. The responsible developer is Kiinteistö-Tapiola Oy.
