YIT Construction Ltd was the main contractor for the Ruoholahden Sulka building, a part of the Ruoholahti office district. Ruoholahden Sulka was completed in 2006. Good traffic connections and its location by the sea create an excellent operational environment. The building has seven office floors and the office facilities are arranged around an inner court with a transparent ceiling. Observation elevators are used to access the floors. The ground floor comprises a lobby, a staff restaurant with cabinet rooms and retail premises. The top floor has a spacious negotiation room and a beautiful sauna department with a view to the sea.
