Koskelo Trade Park
Koskelo Trade Park is a complex of many opportunities along Ring Road III. In addition to storage and office premises, it also contains shop and showroom premises. The first stage was a major renovation of the building on the plot, completed in 2006. The second stage of the complex, a new building of approximately 5 500 m², was finished in 2008 and the third stage, a new 8 300 m² building, was finished in summer 2009. Koskelo Trade Park has been built in accordance with the Trade Park concept developed by YIT, offering small- and medium-sized companies the benefits of a large company in terms of premises and service solutions. The sites consistent with the concept are located along busy main roads, offering companies excellent added visibility for marketing.
