YIT Construction Ltd built the 16-storey high Itämerentori office building, rising at a central location in the Ruoholahti district, between Itämerenkatu and Porkkalankatu. The complex also includes a five-storey office wing curving around an inner court. The high-rise complex was completed in 2001 and has a floor area of 20,300 m². It was designed by Arkkitehtitoimisto Helin & Co.
