Hermanni office block

The buildings of the Hermanni office block, located right next to the new Kalasatama subway station, form a unified quarter complex representing modern city planning. The development of the Kalasatama area is part of the strategy aiming at raising the profile of the eastern parts of Helsinki. The modern quarter complex unites the area to the developing Arabianranta and Herttoniemi districts. The services to be offered to the office block tenants include an auditorium, entrance hall services, staff restaurant and a small grocery shop.

The complex was completed in 2003 and has a floor area of approximately 27,000 m². YIT Construction Ltd was the building developer for the project, and the architectural design was undertaken by Gullichsen Kairamo Vormala Arkkitehdit Ky.
