The Avia Forum Business Park is located in Aviapolis, close to the Helsinki-Vantaa airport. Avia Forum will be built in five stages, the first of which, Avia Forum I, was completed in 2002. The functional working environment of the Avia Forum offers numerous user services, from which companies can select a suitable package to support their business operations. Thus the companies can better concentrate on their core operations.

The total floor area of Avia Forum I is about 6,600 m². The building was designed by Arkkitehtitoimisto Forma-Futura Oy and YIT Construction Ltd was the main contractor.
