DHL Business Park

YIT Construction Ltd built the DHL Business Park, with a floor area of more than 40,000 m², in Viinikkala, Vantaa. DHL Business Park was completed in 2006. The current users of the facilities are DHL Express, DHL Solutions and Kelpokuljetus.

The centre comprises DHL’s terminals and warehouses, with the Finnish DHL headquarters located in a separate building next to the production facilities.

DHL Business Park has a unique location. The site has a direct connection to the airport, and there also is a Ring III junction in the immediate area. Fast logistics connections open not only to the Helsinki-Vantaa airport, but also to Vuosaari harbour and the entire capital area.

DHL Business Park was awarded a prize of good construction in 2009. The arguments stated that DHL Business Park is a fresh, modern air and land terminal with an office complex. It strengthens logistic service offering in the area and sets a good example for the development of the area.
