K3 Logistics offers facilities for large and smaller operators. The extensive area offers many options and solutions for different kind of companies. The premises will be designed according to customer's needs. An office building suitable for a head office is also possible for the site, in a prime location along Ring Road III. 

The construction of the first phase was completed in the end of 2011, when Forsman Tea House started operating in the area. Road connections were built from Tikkurilantie, Katriinantie and Turvalaaksonkuja.

Alteration of zoning plan will bring 92 700 m² more building right into the area. The adjacent preliminary site plan shows the construction entity accoding to the altered zoning plan.
