New attractive retail park in Ankkurilahti area in Liminka!

Spinaakkeri Retail Park of over 10 000 m² will be constructed in two phases in the area of Ankkurilahti in Liminka. When completed the retail park will have two separate retail buildings each with its own parking areas.

Spinaakkeri Retail Park has an excellent location in the junction of the highway 4 and Tyrnäväntie: the visibility is guaranteed! The ABC service station next to it already has 2.2 million customers a year.

The area of Ankkurilahti will develop significantly in the near future: a total of 20 hectares enables construction of 40 000 m², 16 000 m² of which is for retail use.
